Having almost died in a car accident, Simone Prévost, 26, gives up her modeling career and asks Philippe, her best friend, to have a child with her. Although he is in love with her, Philippe sets a tenuous condition: the child must be conceived in a desert. They leave together for the salt desert of Utah where Philippe’s life will also be put in danger.
