With a lifelong fascination for B-movies, the future director of such genre classics as Matinee (1993), Gremlins (1984) and The Howling (1981), Joe Dante, then in his twenties and a student at the Philadelphia College of Art, poured his cinematic obsession into a magnum opus of found footage starting in 1968. The result, an ever-changing supercut of sci-fi, fantasy and Z-monster films from the 1930s to the 1960s, is a truly creative work and an endlessly enjoyable experience!
