Gaz Bar Blues
Mr. Brochu, owner of a gas station, is struggling to manage his relationship with his sons, the rising crime rate in the neighborhood where his business is located, and the Parkinson’s disease that afflicts him. The survival of the gas station, where the neighborhood’s regulars come to stroll daily, is threatened by his sons’ lack of interest in the family business and competition from the neighborhood’s self-service stations.
A true gem of Quebec cinema, to be (re)discovered on its twentieth anniversary!
