Quand les images racontent des histoires

As part of Mai, mois de la BD, in partnership with the Festival BD de Montréal, Cinéma public invites you to a workshop where the 7th and 9th arts are put in the spotlight!

In 2014, Stéphane Lemardelé drew the storyboard for the film Everything Will Be Fine by renowned director Wim Wenders. From this experience, he drew a comic book, Le storyboard de Wim Wenders (La boîte à bulles, 2022) which relates his experience and the creation specific to different mediums. The comic artist will immerse you in his approach to storytelling through images, both in comics and in film.

The free conference will be followed by a paid screening of Everything Will Be Fine, again with Stéphane Lemardelé.
