In 2044, Gabrielle begins treatment to purify her DNA and purge all memories of her past lives. She encounters Louis, a man who has followed her through the centuries, and develops a horrible feeling of impending doom…The Beast takes us on a journey through time, from the Belle Epoque to the (not so) distant future, and space, from Paris to Los Angeles, while brilliantly combining symbolist love drama, philosophical science fiction à la Philip K.
