It’s Friday and Craig Jones has just been fired for stealing cardboard boxes. To make matters worse, he has to pay his rent, he hates his bossy girlfriend and his best friend, Smokey owes some local dealer money – and all this before lunch. As the hours tick by, Jones and Smokey experience the full gamut of urban life, with its junkies, shootings and over-sexed pastors, all packed into one incredible Friday.
