In the near future, genius designer Allegra Geller has invented a new generation of game that connects directly to the nervous system: eXistenZ. At the game’s presentation session, a fanatic tries to kill her. A young marketing trainee, Ted Pikul, saves Allegra’s life. A frantic chase ensues in both reality and the game’s murky, mysterious universe.
