Festival Émergence : Le spectacle

Cinéma Public is delighted to welcome two programs from Festival Émergence de Montréal, for their 5th edition! Ready to experience a range of emotions, the artists fine-tune their choreography, get ready to perform… Let’s open the curtains and let the show begin.

The name of the screening is taken from the short film by Chloé Sirois, which won Best Experimental Short Film at the 1st edition of Montreal’s Festival Emergence.

In 2023, artist Komēdza embarked on the production of their first album. Toujours Un Peu Plus Triste is a documentary that delves into the artist’s world during this pivotal year, bearing witness to an important personal as well as artistic quest.
